Unit Cleaning and Decontamination Services for Oil & Gas Production Sites and Small Gas Plants

Chemical Cleaning Specialists
Gulf Coast Chemical Cleaning Company is a solutions-focused business for oil & gas production and transfer industries.
With over 100 years combined experience in oil & gas and petrochemicals, we understand the issues our petroleum-based clients have with their production and processing equipment because we have experienced those issues first-hand as operators.
We use a proprietary process that successfullly removes the hydrocarbon fouling such as paraffins, asphaltenes, H2S, and deactivates iron sulfides, making the process equipment safe for opening to perform maintenance work. Utilizing our mobile steam generators and applying a chemical solvent to internally clean the equipment thus removing the foulants, we can safely and efficiently remove the hazardous hydrocarbons while reducing the amount of waste effluent that most cleaning/clearing processes create.
Based in Hamshire, Texas, our mobile boiler units service area includes Louisiana, Texas (Gulf Coast and Permian Basin), New Mexico and Colorado.

Before & After
RAILCARS WITH OIL
We were able to clean four railcars that have been transporting oil in less than three hours.

During & After
TEG CONTACTOR
This contactor was heavily fouled with sludge that resembled tar. In the past the client would have to place personnel in fresh air and use a heated pressure washer to try and remove as much sludge as possible. It would take them at least 3 - 4 days and risk exposing personnel to H2S and hydrocarbon. We cleaned this tower in 6 hours total from start to finish. The personnel entered the tower as can be seen and the packing was exceptionally clean.

During & After
SEPARATOR
This separator was 1/2 way full of sand and inorganic solids. Previous cleaning would take 3 - 4 days and they could only clean the inlet side. It would generate approximately 12,000 - 16,000 gallons of waste effluent. We cleaned this separator in 14 hours and was able to remove the solids as well as clean both sides of the separator. The pictures are of the internal walls and baffles after cleaning. Surface rust is already forming because the metal is so clean. The foulant was not only sand and inorganic solids, but heavy oil and sludge with high H2S.
